Sam worke diigently to try to repair a broken lapyop hinge whose 4 screws had broken off. there ws no way to actually fix it -- a replacement sreen woud be required etc. But Sam woke on it as best he could, getting it stabiiized for now. He gave detailed explanations an showed me the problem. Though the hinge issue still exists it is okay to use as long as don't accidentally try to close the lid. I am stisfied with what was done and recommend Sam and the Shawn servic
