SEARS HOME IMPROVEMENT PRODUCTS

The job had several delays things were not ordered. Window job was done from inside the home with a lot of hammering, men did not close the door behinde themselves house got hot(85) ac running. This was all they did that day and left a big mess over the weekend in my yard. Bad wood was to be replaced and I saw no signes of it . When the men came monday to start siding they used 6 polejacks witch put holes in my roof,thay were to lay scaffolding between to work on. yes I have a two story house but none of this was told to me in advance. They blocked the doors so I could not get out, never once came to me to ask about anything or tell me what was going on. I had to walk around the house everyday after work and ask questions next day. When I ask about things like the cheap insalation being used well that is what was on the order for the job, but not what the saleman showed me. I feel I may have got that old bate and switch thing done to me cause I am a women. I payed for the best window but don't think I got it and the way it was put in looked cheep to me. I was told by the saleman we will take good care of you and your home. The so called project manager of my job was never avalable never called me nor did he return my calls and messages left at his office witch closes at 5. I was told my job was a big one take 3 to 5 days well they did it in 3 with a rush cause had another job to go to.
Let just say I am not happy with  the JOB the PEOPLE the COMPANY.

We explained to them about what needed to be done, and they did a good job. They did what they said they would do. They gave us an estimate, and it was fine.

They are terrible! They were not professional at all when they came out. They were not personable either. They just basically went through really quick and were not about to answer to many of our questions. I would not recommend them to there people because the price was ridiculous. I really think they try to bank on their name because it is half to three times higher than other companies.

THE SIDING LOOKS GOOD AND THEIR WORK WAS GOOD. I THOUGHT THEIR PRICES WERE A BIT EXPENSIVE. THERE WAS ONE PROBLEM WITH A GUY GETTING HURT ON THE JOB. IT TOOK THEM LONGER TO GET FINISHED THEN.

I REALLY HAD SOME PROBLEMS WITH THEM GETTING THE WORK DONE. THEY WEREN'T ABLE TO COME WHEN WE ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED, AND THEN I HAD PROBLEMS GETTING HOLD OF THEM AGAIN. THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH A CORNER OF THE HOUSE, AND THEY WOULDN'T COME BACK.

I DON'T THINK THAT THEY DID A GOOD JOB. WITHIN THREE MONTHS, ONE OF THE DOORS FELL OFF BECAUSE THE SCREWS WERE NOT PROPERLY TIGHTENED. THAT DOOR DENTED MY NEW FLOOR. THE MAN FROM SEARS THEY SENT TO FIX IT MADE IT LOOK WORSE.

SEARS IS JUST EXCELLENT. EVERYTHING THEY DO IS JUST GREAT WORK. I HAVE ALMOST ALWAYS USED THEM FOR APPLIANCES AND APPLIANCE WORK. THE GARAGE DOOR AND THE INSTALLATION WAS VERY CHEAP.

MY HUSBAND WAS IN CHARGE OF MOST OF THE DEALINGS WITH THEM BUT I REMEMBER THAT THEY SEEMED TO GET THE JOB DONE IN AN APPROPRIATE AMOUNT OF TIME. THEY CLEANED UP ALL OF THE OLD SIDING AND DIDN'T LEAVE ANY MESSES.
