We've hired this company several times in the past few years. They've always been reliable and honest. This time was no different. They were able to come out on the day we called and have done the follow up appointments that we had discussed without charge (per agreement). I've dealt with Mike and Curtis and both were courteous, professional and great. They have often gone above and beyond the call of duty for us and just want to say thanks for these years of service. We hope we don't need to hire them, but if we do, we know where to go!

Came out in less than 24 hours, each time I have called on them they have been prompt and very professional. They handled yellow jacket nests for us twice in the past, and then wasps today. Wouldn't hesitate to call them again. Nice family owned business, very professional and personable.

The service was fast and efficient.  They were able to get us in within days of our call. The provider arrived on time and finished within the scheduled amount of time.

We have been using Cary Pest Control for many years, without any issues.  On the rare occasion we find an insect inside, a quick call and they come out and re-treat the area at no cost.  Fortunately, we've only needed to do that once or twice, in the the last 10 or so years.  They call about a week in advance of service, to make an appointment, and always show up on time.   Mike, the owner is a very nice guy, and has been servicing our house since we moved to Cary, in 1995.

A Plus from start to finish. Very quick and professional response to my initial request for information. Mike explained his service and charges over the phone and we were able to set an appointment for 2 days after my initial call. On the day of our appointment, Mike was very punctual and polite and we reviewed the scope of work and his processes.  Mike spent about 45 minutes to an hour inspecting and treating my 1800 sq ft townhome. We will be using Mike for our quarterly treatments and are very happy to have found him and his company!

We had a hornets nest above front door that needed to be removed. Mike and his son provided the service the same day I called. They arrived exactly on time, very polite, and the job was professionally done. They not only removed the hornet nest but also treated the front and back of the house, including the deck with other pest control. Mike also detected another wasp nest and took care of it. I think the price is very reasonable for the task and guarantee they provide, especially when compared to another large company I called and decided not to use.
We highly recommend them.

They treated the area and were very thorough around the house and inside on both the inspection and treatment.    In addition, to treating the home they removed the spider webs that were found on the premise's and did not talk my ear off about signing up for a contract.   The industry seems to have moved toward wanting to only talk about coming out if they can get you to commit to a long term contract.   If you have a problem that does not seem to go away a contract make sense but for the once every couple of years treatment for ants or spiders, it s is nice to be able to just call make and appointment without high pressures sales pitches.  

I already have found evidence of the treatment working on the spider food sources, so I am confident that the treatment will work to resolve my issue.   I will call them the next time I need a treatment for ants or spiders.

We have been using them for six years and have always been impressed with their professionalism, responsiveness, and level of service.  They do what they say they are going to do and when they say they are going to do it.  If we have any issues with pests between regular visits, they are great about coming out to check on things and following up.  Highly recommend them.

They did a great job. They were responsive when we called and we would use them again.

For two of the sites in the back yard, that was the end of the problem. In the front yard, one of the two sites remained active. He came back to retreat at no additional charge. Since yellow jackets often build in empty vole or mice tunnels, any survivors in the nest go to a different exit and start using it. This happened at our house with the bees reappearing about 7 feet from the original entry. He came back again and retreated at no charge.

Did a good job, also set traps for mice in our garage all included in price.

I was very impressed with Cary Pest Control.  After moving into our home, we discovered ants in the kitchen and also wanted to establish quarterly pest control.  The tech arrived in the afternoon after placing an a.m. call for service.  He fully inspected the crawl space and outside of our home.  He treated the interior as needed after locating the source of the ants at the exterior.  The explanation of the service was thorough and we have seen no ants since treatment.
The cost of quarterly service is reasonable and effective.  The scheduler and tech were very quick to tell us if we had any problems between routine service, they would come back out.  We were really impressed with the fact that no treatment contract is required.  Clearly, Cary Pest Control is striving for customer satisfaction.

They’d taken really care for us. They come when we need them. If there’s an additional time that they had to come out, if we’re having problems, they just do a good job.

I have been using them for about five years. They are punctual, good, courteous, and professional.

They always come on time and are very professional. They do a find job and always avablile to come back at no cost if they is an issues after a visit. Very cost reasonable.
