I needed to replaced my well pump recently so I hired Rooter & Sons Plumbing. John was outstanding!!!  He's very professional and courteous. The scheduling process and communication was also very good!!! I highly recommend Rooter & Sons Plumbing.

Eric was helpful and personable from start to finish. He helped me figure out what choice to make for a replacement water heater and provided an estimate without sales pressure. The work quality looks great and the workspace was cleaned up after the job.

The owner does not require his people to be vaccinated for Covid and plumber made comment of vaccines do not work. You expose your family by letting them in your home. Owner told me this in writing . And does not tell his clients.

Other companies highballed the estimate then expected me to haggle down. Rooter and Sons initial estimate was lower than the others reduced estimates. My only issue was the installer didnâ t arrive until almost 40 minutes after the arrival window and I was the first appointment of the day. Great work, friendly and easy to work with.

There was good communication with Chad. He sent out John G. who unblocked a sewer line. John was friendly, very professional, and communicated well throughout the process to keep me informed. John arrived within the expected time frame and followed covid-19 protocols. I will definitely contact them for any future services if needed.

Everyone was very nice and we discussed details about the work and how it was going to proceed. They got the work done quick. I will hire them for my next project.

Called for leak detection after other plumbers who came to the home were not able to locate the leak from my first floor to my basement. The technician, Scott, not only found it in less than a half hour but also walked me through his actions - showing me where the pipes for things on the upper level such as bathroom, toilet and sink could be found on the lower level. . He explained the repair choices he was making and why. He ended by showing me how to check my main line outside if I suspected a leak. This will be helpful if there are any future issues. Another company specializing in leak detection quoted me over $550 for just two hours of searching for the leak. Additional $$ per hour if it took longer than the 2 hours allotted and said their earliest appointment was six days out. Rooter and Sons came the next day. Scott was on time. Upon finding the leak he also repaired it for half of what the other company had quoted for water detection alone. This was a very pleasant ending to what was a very stressful experience. Highly recommend them and intend to use them in the future
