In the past, I hadn't thought too highly of real estate agents, but these two exceeded our expectations at every turn. They were honest with us; if they didn't know something, they told us that, then they'd get back to us with an answer. They were responsive, attended carefully to our needs, and always kept our best interests at the top of their list. I have no doubt that we got more individual attention (especially with our difficult negotiation with the sellers) than we would have received at one of the bigger real estate firms. I highly recommend Brick and Garden to anyone looking for honest, smart, and skilled real estate agents. At $165,000, our home wasn't a big-ticket sale for them. But Reuben and Kedy treated us like million-dollar customers.
