RADCLIFFE IRRIGATION

We live in a house with in-ground sprinklers. The system was installed at construction by this company. It?s now a decade later and we?ve lived here a few years. Every controller box has been left to be overgrown with grass. We tried to locate them using the layout design provided by this company to the original owners. No luck. We contact this company for assistance. No response to voice messages or e-mail. We hired the right company for the job and learned: 1) the layout plan is a complete work of fiction since not one box is located anywhere near to what is shown on the plat; 2) the system is laid out in a ridiculous manner for residential sprinklers. If we were able to actually get in touch with this company, we would CERTAINLY NOT HIRE THEM.

After initial installation, we found several outlets on watering system were put in backwards for ornamentals.  Easily corrected but not quality work.

After weeks of trying to contact Radcliffe by phone and voicemail, we made contact and set an appointment.  They never showed.

So the really big issue with Radcliffe is this:  once they have your money and the initial job is complete, it is nearly impossible to get them to do the follow-up.  They will not return calls ... totally unresponsive.  Poor customer service.  Avoid this company.
