To fix the toilet, the guys first fixed both sinks in the bathroom, which were draining poorly, then fixed the toilet itself. It was all done in an hour for $225 and now everything works better than it has in a long while. Plus, one of the guys fixed the faucet handle while we talked.

Very well - they handled everything super quickly and went above and beyond what they had to do for the job to be perfect. I did a lot of the renovation myself, but I'm so glad I went with Project Services for the plumbing - there was a lot to it, and they had it pass inspection no problem. Even the scheduler person in the office was super on top of things.

Project Services did a great job of installing new plumbing in our house. From the first, with our initial meeting with them, we knew that we were in good hands. They very quickly and efficiently installed the new manifolds and home runs.

Pretty sure the attorney general would like to hear about their practices. Angies list advertised for $190 for new toilet installation WITH removal. They came out and told me my floor was wet so I needed to have that fixed first which I did. I called to reschedule and they couldn't come back out for over 10 days. I told them I could not wait that long and asked if I could pay them for anything they had done up to that point. I received an invoice for approximately $400. They did go to home depot to purchase a toilet they told me would cost around $100 for $170. So basically I was charged $230 just for removal, not even installation. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!

Fantastic. My faucet was leaking continuously even after I'd shut off water in the house. They made time for me the same day even though they were already booked. George was on time (a few minutes early, actually), very nice and knowledgeable, and went over my options. I had already bought a new faucet in expectation it would likely need replacement. He got to work on installation straight away. Price was exactly as quoted. They will be my go-to for plumbing and other needs from here on out.

George owner was accidentally paid twice by my management company and myself. It took 4 months to find out WHO cashed the check. George agreed that he did cash the check and that he would refund me. It has been a month and I still have NOT been refunded. A Very Shady Business.

Estimate was more detailed than 3 others received and was lowest bid to boot. Showed up when they promised to and got the work done. Very nice staff including the folks doing the work, the estimator, and the folks on the phone. They took care of calling for inspections, etc.

Fantastic. This is the third project I have used PSI for. The only hiccup was the final cost. The plumber was unaware of the listed price on the Angie's List, but in the end he honored the price and was able to do it himself without calling any managers. Need something done? Call these PSI!!!
