Skip helped me with my home mortgage for a flat rate $1500.00. I priced out several other mortgage brokers and his prices were the best I found without having to pay extra rate points. I looked at the "No Cost" option but that involved a higher interest rate. For the fee I paid, I feel I got the best deal possible.
