I have used this company for several years now and they do an amazing job!!! The stains are always removed and they are punctual, detailed and very thorough in their discussions of the project as well as their cleaning services. The prices are always reasonable and I really like the fact that they measure the area and price the job by the square foot so I know that their prices are fair across the board. They also provide discounts or specials when available and are great to discuss the costs and parameters of the project prior to starting and they are very good to provide suggestions as to how to keep costs down. I have used other area providers who advertised a certain price but always tacked on other services that doubled and tripled the advertised costs. This crew does what they say, for the advertised price, and the carpets turn out far better than any of the other services that we have tried in this area and other cities. This team is top notch and I will not use any other service to clean our carpets ever again!

Mark arrived exactly on time. He was cordial and respectful. Mark took measurements on site and was available to start work immediately. I called the day before and expressed an urgent need and he immediately fit me into his schedule for the following day. He was eager to provide quality service. Quality service is an understatement. Premium Steam did a phenomenal job on my carpet. I was ashamed at how dirty my carpet was but now I want to give tours. This is the third time I have used them. Marc was able to schedule my appointment quickly and at the time that I needed. They were punctual, very nice and professional. They did a great job cleaning the carpets and very reasonably priced. I will use them again!

Dennis did a fabulous job! I have used four other carpet cleaning services over the past 10 years and no one did as good a job as Premium Steam--and they were less expensive. The carpet has never looked as good--almost like new. Dennis was friendly, professional, careful, and took his time to do the job right. I could not be more pleased.

Called on May 30th. Scheduled for 1 pm Friday. Dennis showed up exactly on time, worked out the cost, and did the work in about two hours. Very professional job on old carpets. I am very satisfied.

This was one of the best service experiences that I've ever had. I called to schedule my appointment and Marc answered his phone. I had an appointment within a couple of days, and he was very apologetic for my "wait"! I was preparing a house to sell and the carpet in my upstairs was in bad shape and I was fully expecting to be told to just rip it out. (We were offering the buyers a credit to do so, but wanted it to look presentable for showings) Marc and his brother called to let me know they were running a few minutes early and wanted to know if they could come on over. They were very honest about what I could expect, set reasonable expectations, and gave me a fair quote. They were done amazingly fast, and the carpet looked 1000% better. I'll be honest, they weren't given much to work with and they could have easily thrown their hands up at the whole process. Instead they were done very quickly but obviously with tons of elbow grease. All in all just a great experience and I've been recommending them to everyone I can. They're my go-to guys for carpet cleaning now!

Our dog had come home from a stay in boarding with stomach problems, and the technician from Premium Steam did a wonderful job of cleaning the carpet. The carpet looks great and no doggie stains or smells remain.

Easy to schedule the same week as purchased. They came on time and did a good job overall on the carpet cleaning.

They did a terrific job, The carpets atleast in a couple of rooms were nasty. Its clean soft and almost as good as new.
