When they redid my gas pipes, they did not do everything to code and it didn't pass inspection. They seemed very surprised it didn't pass. They had to come back to fix that, but rescheduled a lot. It took almost a full year to complete from start to finish. When they replaced my water heater, they installed in incorrectly. They didn't not put a gas pressure regulator on it, and then when they did they used the wrong size. They used the wrong type of piping. They didn't know how to do the electricity. The pressure in my house was too high, and they suggested putting in a pressure reducing valve. When they installed that, and they didn't clamp it down and it burst. That caused the water to flood my crawlspace. He came first thing the next morning, and reinstalled it with a clamp. The quality of the work was poor, and in some cases it was because lack of knowledge. Their pricing was fair, and they didn't charge me for labor when they had to fix things.
