2002 Volvo Wagon AWD needed a variety of fixes. We called on the 10th and left the car that evening. They went out of their way to keep us informed. Every procedure was explained and justified to our satisfaction. They even called a place where our car was serviced before we owned the vehicle, just to get more info to help them discover a problem with the Transmission. We picked the car up on the 13th and the car drove like new. The $1800 cost was reasonable given the extent of repairs. They came in well under a competitor and were great to work with.

Did not give them the opportunity to perform service.

I have taken my Toyota Camry to p and a smith for 7 years. They are thorough, professional, thoughtful, fair and knowledgable. I have 124000 miles on my 1999 car. P and A smith have kept my car in great shape, which has required a few major repairs. They are the best auto repair and maintenance place I have ever used (owned cars for forty years). Chris is outstanding as the coordinator, and at times the one who has been so understanding and kind in telling me my car needed a significant repair. I have complete confidence on P and A Smith!

Very efficient, knowledgeable, and communicative. Completed maintenance activities faster than expected and very informative about condition of car and what might be needed for the next maintenance cycle. Prices were very reasonable.

They are wonderful, the price is super and they know what they're doing. They love Volvos and they know everything about them.

My wife loves her old Volvo and P and A Smith keeps it running well and safe for her. They are responsive and priced fairly plus we have developed a nice relationship of trust with the staff. I am certain that our Volvo will see many more miles with their help.

I have been taking my Volvos to this location for over 10 years which has included a change of ownership. This change had no effect on the responsiveness and quality of work. I highly recommend this business. I will be returning in the very near future to have them replace a passenger-side front strut mount.

We now have over 240,000 miles on our old Volvo. The guys a Pand A keep the old car running, we just can not seem to kill it!

My car has been cool all summer, thanks to Pand A Smith! If I need work done on my car (Nissan Altima), I know where I will be calling first.

Excellent experience in all regards. They quoted me spot on for necessary repairs, finished on time, and even helped me arrange transportation to and from work for the day. Chris is especially professional and helpful. I'll be going to Pand A for as long as I have my Volvo.

As I mentioned I believe they do quality work. Everything Pand A fixed STAYED FIXED. I've had repairs done at Weaver Bros Volvo that did not last a MILE. My record is 3 visits to Weaver Bros. on the same day

So I definitely consider Pand A more reliable than the Volvo dealers.

Again ... prices are awful but everything on a Volvo is awful when it comes to repairs.

They have helped me two times on my Volvo, once for repairs and most recently to get a new key made. There communication and customer service is excellent.

Good experience - stay away from Volvo's they are a money pit. For the same price point look at an Acurra or Lexus.

I absolutely loved them. I wish they were out here where I moved. Their prices were really good, considering I have a Volvo. Their service was great!

It went as well as could be expected but keep in mind that a 99 Volvo S80 with 120,000 miles is basically a money pit. My frustrations are more with the car, not the mechanics. I think they did a good job. I am, of course, very disappointed with the "nothing accomplished for $300" visit but I cannot really blame P and A. My only hope is that maybe they will have mercy on me for the real fix since the first one accomplished nothing. AGAIN I am not holding P and A responsible. There's really no basis for that.

I have been taking this car to the dealer for svc, but the price was high for just an oil change/inspection. So, I started going to a local shop (Merchants) and that was OK until it came time for them to change the cabin air filter and they tried to argue with me that this car did not HAVE a cabin filter! So, I did some looking and found some reviews for Pand A Smith on other sites that were positive. I figured that I would give them a try. I knew that the brakes were getting close based on comments from other vendors so it was not TOO big of a shock that I had to do the brakes/rotors. Overall, the 60K svc was about $440, the brake work total (all rotors and all pads replaced) was about $875 (which was roughly what Merchants wanted for the same work), and the torque mount replacement was about $220. They were quick to advise me that the torque mount work was not critical for this visit and that it could wait but I went ahead w/ it. The car has a lot of life left and I wanted to get it back in good mechanical condition. I was very pleased with the guys at Pand A and I will be heading back. Note that the B rating for price is just a general comment about the overall cost of auto maint. I can't pay that much for something and rate it as "A"!
