"You were only charged for the diagnosis of your built in oven. Upon setting the appointment with our office, you were advised that we charge $110 for the trip to your home and diagnosis. Upon initial diagnosis, the technician told you that we would need a second technician to remove the built in wall oven to verify if the cavity thermostat was the failed part and other parts may be needed to complete the repair . If a second person is needed for diagnosis we charge an additional $55. The total diagnostic fee if a helper is need is $165. When we returned with two technicians to remove the wall oven for further diagnosis, they were able to verify proper supply voltage to the oven and have access to test further for failed parts that he was not initially able to access. They found that the thermostat tested good and the main control board had failed causing no bake and broil. Unfortunately after calling Frigidaire technical support the technician found out that the control is not currently available. We did offer to complete the repair once the control is available. You demanded a full refund and threatened that you would write a bad review if you didn't get what you wanted. When trying to review our services rendered, breakdown of the diagnostic charges , and when a refund would be warranted; you refused to acknowledge the facts and started yelling then hung up on me. As I stated in our conversation prior to you hanging up, we would agree to give you a refund if you have documentation of another service company completing the repair needed with proof that we misdiagnosed the problem ."
"You called us at 11:48am on Monday and the call was scheduled for Wednesday 7:30am-12pm . The technician arrived at 11:31am Wednesday and the part was ordered for next day delivery (Thursday) and scheduled for parts to be installed Friday. We apoligize for the inconvenience that you experienced when the technician did not arrive on the service call scheduled for Friday. Both our routing department and the technician have been contacted to resolve the scheduling error and corrective action for the future. It is very rare that scheduling errors occur and we are very sorry for the inconvenience this caused you. Aaron-Owner"

The $182.94 that you referred to included the trip/diagnosis fee, labor, the part needed to complete the repair, and tax . The technician explained the charges in detail and received your approval prior to starting the repair. Our labor charges are by the completed repair, not by the hour which allows you to know the total cost up front with no surprises. As in your situation, our vans are fully stocked with the most common parts to complete the repair on the first visit to your home. Since our technicians are experts and factory trained, they are very efficient in diagnosing and repairing appliances. We provide a 90 day guarantee on the repair we perform. "We were under the impression that you wanted your Stainless Steel Samsung French Door Refrigerator repaired by a Professional Appliance Repair Company. This is why we made the effort to get the most common part needed prior to coming to your home. Upon setting up the appointment you were told that we charge $75 to come to your home, diagnose the problem and give you a complete estimate of the repair needed . You agreed to these terms and did't have any other questions. The $10 off coupon applies to the completed repair and not the estimated which is stated clearly on the coupon. I called you prior to 12:00 pm and confirmed that you didn't mind us arriving after 12:00 pm, then told me you would be home all day. You were quoted $230.42 for the part. This price included shipping and handling. I quoted you a price that was 15% more than you would have paid if you purchased the OEM Samsung part form our local parts supplier and picked it up yourself. This is a competitive in home price for the part. I also offered to install a new braided water supply line at no additional labor cost. I quoted $204 for labor (labor price included the $75 diagnosis/trip fee) . This repair typically takes an experienced appliance repair technician 1.5 to 2 hours to complete. Most appliance repair companies do not service Samsung refrigerators due to a lack of knowledge, experience, and difficulty of repairs. We provide a 90 day guarantee on parts and labor. "After you left this review I called you to verify information that you provided on the review was incorrect. You said that you had the machine replaced because you were unsatisfied with how long it took to complete the cycle. There was no other appliance repair company that fixed the problem as you stated in your review. We called the manufacturer technical help line direct to verify that the dishwasher was working properly. The cycle time on your dishwasher will fluctuate depending on the clearness and temperature of the water . There was nothing else we could do to improve the performance or shorten the cycle time. This was a Home Warranty Call. At the time of service your home warranty company would not agree to replace the dishwasher as you requested. Aaron - Owner"
