I think when they installed the system the price was right but the work was floppy and I was not 100% sure that everything was right. The work required some monitoring. The guy was nice but a little immature. I was not completely satisfied with him.

Overall, the experience was excellent. Jack Beaty, the owner of the company, seemed to be very honest and straightforward; I felt like I could trust him. Ronald Norman, his business partner, is the employee who completed the work for me. Once the work was completed, the work passed the town of Cary's inspections on the first try, which is very good. The system seems to be working well. I'm planning to call them again for more work that needs to be done for me.
