First off, I have used Mick before the most recent sale. He actually was the agent I used to buy the house. When I got ready to sell it, he was the only person that I called. He's very pleasant, stays on top of all paperwork, and works very hard for the person he's representing. He helped me make decisions about appropriate repairs and had very nice pictures made that helped market the property. (I didn't put a dollar amount because I can't find the paperwork to see the division of money between the buyers agent and mine but it was the standard percentage.)
If I have any reason to sell the house I'm currently inhabiting, the first person I'll call is Mick. He makes the process so much easier.
