I made my appointment two weeks in advance and requested a loaner. I was told none were available. I requested a loaner in the past for other service and no loaners were available. They either have a limited number of loaner vehicles or they are reserved for customers requiring major service. Next time I'll try a month in advance and see what happens.
I have no complaints about the work done. They are punctual, deal with you personally and have the car ready when promised. The price is high but that is to be expected from M-B.
I have been in management for over 30 years. Walking into the dealership is an uncomfortable experience. There are no smiles and no joy among the employees. No pleasantries are exchanged. You can hear a pin drop. Everyone is polite but very matter of fact. It makes me question the management of the dealership and whether there is a negative working environment. I am not sure I want to return to the dealership just for this reason.

I live near Cary and own a Mercedes Benz. I sent this dealership two emails within a week with the same query about getting duplicate keys.
They did not bother to reply to either email.I then telephoned their service department and got an intelligent woman who knew exactly what the procedure is and how I could solve my problem.
I asked why there had been no reply to my emails. and quot;Oh, they go through management,and quot; she said.What more do you need to know about this operation?
Steer well clear!

.The price is not cheap but they gave me a complimentary car wash and a complimentary car to use while the car was being serviced. They have a beautiful showroom and complimentary coffee and snacks. They provide a wonderful service.

On my earlier visit, I asked for the fuse for the cigarette lighter to be replaced. They performed a complete diagnostic for about $106 to find that indeed, the fuse had blown. Blown fuse was then replaced for an additional few dollars. When I got the car home, the cigarette lighter did not work. Took the car back to the dealer and said that the fuse was blown again. This time a $56 diganostic was followed by replacement of the blown fuse, for an additional charge. Although I complained about the service, I was still charged. The bill claimed that fuse had blown because I used an unauthorized (non-mercedes) cigarette lighter adaptor (which I had not done) in the cigarette lighter that was not working (I did use it in the other lighter outlet in the car). These sort of charges on a car that is not under warranty are not well justified. In my opinion, based on this and other interactions with this vendor, I would not use this vendor for any non-warranty work.

They have worked on my car for a number of years. They are always honest about what it needs. I have asked them if I should consider trading it in, but they agree that it is running good and should be okay for a while. They always try to save me money if they can by recommending the best way to make the repairs that are needed.
