Matt was very professional from the first contact when he wrote a detailed estimate of the work to be performed and pointed out problems that he needed to fix in advance of doing the work. He let me know when he would be available to begin the job and contatced me just prior to the date in order to let us know when he and his crew would arrive. He showed up bright and early with a smile on his face each morning. He and his employees worked diligently every day until the job was completed. The results were perfect! Since this original assignment, I have hired Matt three more times to paint other rooms in the house. Matt is unfailingly polite and easygoing. He calmly responded to my last minute changes of mind on color and finish and made suggestions when I asked for them. And, as usual he did a superb job. I cannot say enough good about Matt Jacoby Painting.

Matt came out to do the estimate for us and was available within two to three weeks, as I recall -- and he was perfectly on time both for the estimate and for when he committed to complete the work. Nothing better than someone who does what they say they're going to do!
