Maid-In

I am so confused and unimpressed by this company. they agreed to arrive at 12:30 because we had to drop off our child at 1 o'clock to preschool. My husband stayed until 1250 and we contact them several times via phone and call with no response. They ended up pulling in behind my husband when he got back from drop off at 1: 19. They were almost 50 minutes late with no heads up or apologies from the owner. Then to top it off, I asked them if they could focus on the baseboards for deep cleaning. The baseboards were not touched. They told me they would have to come back to finish because they ran out of time (probably because they were 40 minutes late). They did not return and we can't get in touch with anyone who will discuss this with us or even apologize. The house looks untouched. They keep sending repeated invoices without any other communication. Would NOT RECOMMEND!

The customer service is a 10 out of 5!!! Alex is the easiest person I have ever worked with and made sure all was taken care of! The value of price to services was phenomenal!

I was very happy with the service, my place looked immaculate, very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend them to whoever is looking for cleaning services, they wonâ  t disappoint you.

So happy I found Maid-In!! Setting up an appointment was seamless through their website, and they came fully prepared with everything. They also have a great customer service team and were quick to answer questions I had before my appointment. My apartment is spotless. The clean was efficient and affordable. Great company - will definitely be using again and telling all my friends around Raleigh-Durham.

Remarkable - a seamless process start to finish. They were respectful, did the job, and left no stone unturned. Will use again!
