Lynda Kilbride Cleaning

GREAT!!!! They are very nice to work with, trustworthy, and most importantly, they do a great job in terms of cleaning. Lynda has been very easy to work with in setting up a schedule, and also when we've needed to do something off the normal schedule. Highly recommend Lynda and her crew.

Professional, thorough and personalble

I've used Lynda's team for 1.5 years and could not be happier. Her staff are friendly and thorough. They care about doing a good job. They wipe the base boards, scrub the showers and tubs. They end up needing to mop my wood floors twice because we have 2 large dogs that make quite a mess. Lynda even changes the diaper genie trash in my baby's room. More than the just the service provided, Lynda cares about her clients. We developed a friendship over time and I find encouraging and uplifting every other week when she comes. I would recommend her highly and without reservation.

It's absolutely 100% every time.  There's nobody that's measured up to her that I've used.  She sets a high bar.  She's very motivated and takes on whatever needs to be done.  If she sees something that needs to be done, she does it.  Everything from cleaning appliances to baseboards and ceiling fans.

I had foot surgery just before putting our home on the market and needed some deep cleaning done.  I had another company in and had been very unhappy.  Not so with Lynda Kilbride!  If there was a surface in my house that wasn't glowing after she left I don't know where it was.  Everything smelled super - not floral or masked, just clean - and looked even better.  Some of my woodwork that I thought might need touch up painting gleamed and saved me a lot of work.  Her helpers are great, very respectful, friendly, all around nice.  We had an open house and I was out of town.  No problem!  Gave Lynda a key and everything was sparkling.  I even asked her to replace a bowl of fruit in the kitchen if it had gone bad, and she remembered that as well.  The piece of mind knowing that my home would not only be cleaned perfectly, but that I didn't have to worry about any of the contents in terms of damage or theft - especially with me away - is rare in this day and age.  I can't imagine using anyone else.  I only wish I could take her when we move to California!

I have been very pleased.  They spend about an hour and they usually are 3 or 4 people.  It is all very organized.  They get everything cleaned, wiped and dusted.  I am happy.  The price is pretty good.

I contacted LInda's service about 3 wks before I heard back from her and when I did get in touch with her it was another couple of weeks to try to fit me into her schedule of houses.  Linda did intially come with a crew of 2 other women and all seemed to do a great job really trying to get the house clean (we had our last housecleaner quit unexpectedly).  The following two cleanings were not as great for the following reasons: the next cleaning Linda forgot and I had to text her about it and she then scheduled me for the end of the week and did the cleaning on her own. The following cleaning she did text in the morning. I had stepped out to do an errand, but she was there and done within an hour.  I'm not sure how many people were there to clean that day.  I was surprised that it could get done so quickly.  The third and last cleaning, Linda nor her crew ever showed up or called to let me know there was a problem.  I contacted Linda 3 days later and she apologized stating that she was still recovering from surgery (which was scheduled) and she thought her girls would get to me.  I felt this was very inappropriate and unprofessional to have never contacted me with any sort of warning.  I'm left again to find another person to clean.  Her ability to clean did not seem to be an issue, but her ability to manage her business did.

Lynda is wonderful.  She has a magic touch for deep cleaning the little things that get ignored so perfectly!  Her team is super professional, courteous and accommodating to my family.  Out of respect for their time, I pick up messes/dishes before they come over, but they really get everything sparkling, from top to bottom.  Their attention to detail is wonderful, especially for someone like me who is very picky.  I love walking through the door on cleaning days, because everything looks and smells fresh.  The counter tops, appliances and floor are all perfect.  The team takes out all garbage.  Lynda is easy to get in touch with by text at any time.  Sometimes schedules get switched and she can't make it at the time discussed, but that ends up being no problem for me.

Lynda and her team are outstanding. We have tried other services and have not encountered another as professional, friendly, hard working and flexible. Our home shines after they are done cleaning. I highly recommend this company to anyone interested in a top notch home cleaning service provided by one of the best teams in the Triangle.
I did take note of the recent Overall F rating given to this company for being non-responsive. I find this both misleading and a disservice to Angie's List members. As a consumer of services that are listed on Angie's list I expect to see ratings that are based on a more complete experience with the service provided by a company. I do not wish to see companies rated poorly and this rating is not based upon a service that was provided.

I wish I would have started having Lynda and her crew clean my house sooner. They are awesome and trustworthy!

She is extremely thorough and trustworthy. I don’t have to worry about her being in the house and I give her a key. She does an excellent job. She is very flexible and will take care of anything that I need to be done. She is dependable and extremely easy to work with. I have been with her for about 1 year now.

They are meticulous and clean it like it was their home. Lydna always lets me know what day they are coming and the approx. time. I am completely satisfied with their services.

I have a large house and she has done an outstanding job for a long time.  She is also a friend and absolutely amazing.  I have recommended her to others as well.  She goes out of her way to do the best work possible.

Lynda did a move-in clean for me and was wonderful to work with. We had a tight time schedule and she came on a Saturday afternoon to accommodate the quick turn-over of our house. She did a great job!

Lynda does a fabulous job!  We were using another cleaning service prior to Lynda and I had a few instances where things were damaged, so we decided to go with Lynda.  I actually didn't realize until we switched to her that we needed to change services long before we did!  I would periodically have to go through and scrub things that weren't done as well as they should be, but since Lynda has been cleaning for us, I never have to go back through and do any extra.  She really does a great job.  Nothing has ever been broken or damaged and our house always looks great!

Excellent!  We used Lynda about a year ago when we moved into this house.  We wanted to get a thorough cleaning and knew we wanted her again.  She came with three helpers and they "attacked" the house and were finished in a few hours.  We are clean livers, but like to get the details cleaned once or twice a year.  Very pleased with her work.

Upon first contact, Lynda worked diligently with me on a schedule that would work for both of us. On the agreed upon date, Lynda arrives with a crew of 2 additional ladies. Since that time, there has been a 3rd lady with her as well. They cleaned the house, including dusting blinds and floor trim, kitchen, bathrooms, and floors. I have a 4BR 3BA house and it takes them between 60 and 90 minutes to complete. They do a fantastic job. Lynda and her crew are all very sweet and very professional. My 3 year old son likes to help, and instead of shooing him away, they are very patient with him and interact great with him. He looks forward to their every visit.
Lynda is flexible with her schedule. She is willing to put you down for a consistent date and time, such as every other Thursday at 1pm, or she will wait for your call and fit you into her schedule.
