Her team thoroughly reviewed the home and was happy to re-check specific areas of which we were concerned. Very professional. I felt they were accurate. They did a visual inspection, collected moisture measurements, and measured temperatures. I don't think there is much they could've missed. I got my report in less than 2 weeks. That was pretty fast.

After the inspection and report, Cathy and Keith patiently educated us in layman's terms regarding the types of spores in our home and the differences between them. They expertly answered hundreds of our questions during multiple conversations and emails. They went above and beyond the scope of their proposal without requesting extra compensation. LRC gave us perspective during a vulnerable time when many could have taken advantage of our position. We were able to make informed, competent decisions regarding remediation based on their expertise and generosity. Later, we hired LRC as expert witness to testify at our arbitration. We won more than $169,000 due in part to their findings and testimony. We interviewed several companies before choosing LRC and got a feel for the industry and their practices. We absolutely recommend LRC without hesitation.
