Lois Bouchard, GG (GIA), RMV, Senior Member,(NAJA),is one of North Carolina's most trusted independent jewelry appraisers and diamond brokers. Lois has 20 years of experience in the jewelry trade. Her expertise includes several years as the lead independent appraiser for: The NC Department of the Treasury and NC Department of Revenue. In addition, she has served for several years as the lead appraiser for a premier auction house. Lois is well respected in her field and is a strong advocate against consumer fraud in the Jewelry industry. She has served as an expert witness and won judgement in favor of her clients in court hearings. Lois also offers diamond brokerage services to her clients, where she can assist with the purchase of GIA certified diamonds at or below wholesale prices and with the sale of personal jewelry items.
