We were disappointed with the property management service they provided on our rental.
There were issues with the home, that were not communicated to us that should have been handled immediately.
I feel they wanted to do everything cheaply & were not worried about quality.
The roof leaked & I was assured that is was addressed & being taken care of. It was not, once the tenant vacated I had a mess.
I had to hire a roofing company & a paint contractor to repair the roof and dry wall & ceiling inside.
I was disappointed in the communication they provided.
When Lisa listed my house, I did not recieve any feedback on showings, etc.
I would not use her as a realtor or her property management company again.

The process had some ups and downs, but none of it was Lisa's fault.  The financing was tricky, but Lisa was always positive and when things went belly-up at one point, she worked feverishly to put the deal back together again.  I wouldn't have my house without her.

I have been working with her for a couple of years now. She provides full service. She helped me get the financing. She has a very good lawyer; so she can handle a lot of it herself. She is a very good listener, what I said was perhaps a little fuzzy and she was able to sum that up and turn it into something very concrete. She is very patient because I didn’t have financing at first but she still showed me houses so I know what was out there. She was an all around an outstanding agent. I would use her again in the future.
