Mr. Lingle came out promptly after we arranged on a time. He gave me two estimates. one for cutting down and shaping up edge of old deck and another estimate for a new deck. I decided to go with the smaller change first. We communicated by phone many times and then agreed on a day and time. Mr. Lingle and a coworker came and completely fixed the old deck for me. They removed the trash and left the back garden looking very nice. They also had some ideas if I decide to add some more deck footage, as well as ideas for stairs. I also found out that Mr. Lingle does Handyman work. So I plan on making a list of items up and giving it to him.

Excellent overall work. The cost was within the range he estimated, he was prompt with the schedule we agreed upon, he left the area clean and in perfect order. You couldn't ask for better service.
