The experience was horrible. Although Linda did come to our home to present some ideas, what she left behind was a joke. We were literally left with some pictures of furniture that were printed off the interenet, some CAD drawings that anyone could do on their own by using free services on most major furniture store websites, and a bill that was grossly overinflated over what was originally quoted. My main recommendation would be to stay away from this company. Linda expects to be compensated for her margin whether you decide to by furniture from her or not. She is very vague in her initial quotes and is unwilling to work with customers when they express dissatisfaction. In addition, her office staff is very rude and has incredibly poor attention to detail. They on numerous times sent invoices to the wrong email address and then blamed us for not reaching out when we did not recieve. If you absolutely must hire an interior designer, find one that gives an upfront estimate on a per room basis so that you do not get ripped off like we did.
