About 2 years ago, Chuck and Cindy were recommended to me by a friend who'd recently had a great experience with them. I decided to check them out and I'm so happy I did because they helped me find my first home, which was so much more than I was expecting and in a wonderful area. They made the whole process a snap and made the experience of buying a home for the first time a lot less scary.
Both of them are very flexible and extremely accessible, so even if you work all day, they'll find time to make something work for you. I don't have family in NC, but they were truly like family throughout the whole process of finding my home. They don't push you in any one direction and are genuinely interested in making you happy. It was a great experience over all and when I sell my home a few years down the road, they've already got the job as far as I'm concerned. I love living in my house now, but when it comes time to sell it, I'm confident they'll find a buyer with a great price and I know the process with be just as nice as the first. If you need help buying or selling your home, talk to these guys, you won't regret it.

Rachel was excellent and diligent in all of her efforts when working with us. There were many opportunities for Rachel to be upset during the course of the deal and many times when she could have simply been stand-offish or not as communicative. She was always professional and worked with a very high ethical standard in making sure the deal went through and was accomplished in the quickest manner possible. She was very knowledgeable with regards to the short sale situation and there were times when she could have (and I'm sure she was) become frustrated but she was always professional, diligent and hard working in her efforts to pull the whole thing together. I would recommend her as your Agent whether you are selling or buying. She was very knowledgeable about the market and what was necessary to get a deal done. Do have some basic knowledge of what you are looking for and trying to accomplish - Rachel will fill in the details and get the rest of the work done. She was awesome.
