The price depends entirely upon what I want to purchase. If one wants to join the club, it is $70 a month. They have all different types of classes, training and personalization. The price goes up from there. I can have a facial for $65. I had good experience overall. I pay around $500 a month. My personal trainer is very good.

We really like them. We dropped our membership because our kids aged up. We had a very positive response with them. I thought the equipment was good and well maintained. What we used them the most was some of their after school programs for kids that were on track out. They had things like cheerleading classes, rock climbing classes, swimming and things like that. So it was athletic fun but it was just a great track out kind of camps.

Overall it was a good experience, Upon arriving, the person I was to meet was not there and it took a while to get someone else. Afterward, he showed me around and put me with a trainer who explained services to me. I was not keen on them trying to sell more products/services to me. But since then, I have been going 3-4 times a week and it has been a good experience. They have every sort of class and gym equipment for all ages and levels, and they are open 24-7, which is a plus.. I would recommend it.

Great. Since we moved top South Carolina in July, LTF is one of the things we miss most about North Carolina. The club had a myriad of equipment and programs which we did not utilize, but we did occasionally enjoy a light meal at the cafand eacute; before a workout or an energy shake afterward. My wife used the SPA to get her hair cut several times. But our primary use of the facility was the exercise equipment and weight machines, hot tub, and indoor pools. We also used the outdoor pool after dark in season and I used the sauna.
The great thing about the club was the fact that it is open 24 hours/day and had indoor pools year-round. The locker facilities were very good. We enjoyed going to the gym after 8pm and working out as the rug rats were going home with their parents.
I had a total joint hip[ replacement in Feb-2013 and the club gladly waived our March and April membership fees because I was unable to use them. When the doctor cleared me for post-physical therapy exercise, we made LTF an integral part of my recovery. We moved to South Carolina in Jul-2013 so had to terminate our membership. LTF is one of the few things we miss about not living in cary NC (that and Trader Joe's).

It's an all inclusive fitness place, it's an indoor and outdoor swimming pools and the lifetime cafe has excellent food. You'll never have to wait in line for a fitness equipment. It was convenient, it's the aquatic for my sons.

My experience with them is very well. I just very much used the pool there. Before my son went to marine corp boot camp he trained there. They don't always keep up on their billing correctly. I use it all the time. I've been there since 2007.

When I joined the Lifetime fitness, I was convinced to purchase Lifetime Bucks that could be used for services in the center. Unfortunately, I was told that they could be allotted in the first 60 days but used after that. So, I had intended to purchase swimming lessons and rock climbing lessons for my kids for later in the summer. Long story short, after several visits, calls, e-mails, etc. I was given different information from a handful of employees regarding how and when the bucks could actually be allocated. I also found out 2 days before they were set to expire that the rocking climbing class is discontinued in the summer. The facility is amazing, the programs are solid (e.g., Master's swim is an incredible adult swimming class), but the communication among employees and to customers leaves quite a bit to be desired. Although frustrating, the people are kind and try to people helpful, so we will keep going back and will hope they get some additional training to work through the kinks in their systems.

Happy with the services. I think the price is a little too high however.

While the gym itself is well equipped, trying to get additional help or
to even PAY for additional help is difficult. The Personal
Training/Group Training team is very inconsistent. They will not will
give price quotes up front and honestly, and will miss appointments to
even discuss arranging services. I have made complaints to the
appropriate people within the organization, but everything remains
status quo. So basically, I pay $153.00 a month for a family of three to
use a treadmill, have towels, and a shower. Various classes are also
at no extra cost. There is no personal instruction at using the
equipment. You are left to your own devices, and after two months there
NO ONE has even asked me if I have a question. I did have one opportunity when I first joined the gym to meet with a personal and quot;coachand quot; for an intro meeting. She tried to sell me a $379.00 blood test ( I have 5 physicians that monitor my health as I am a cardiac patient and this was made known to her.) Then she proceeded to try to sell me $3,789.50 of personal training (actual number written on piece of paper) that would cover 3 months. ??? I could not understand this at all.

I have a membership with them The facility is excellent. They have a great outside pool. They have great activities and a free daycare. They have very good facilities and locker rooms. The equipment is modern and fantastic. I think it is $100.00 a month for a family membership.

The biggest complaint we have is the price. It is much more expensive than many other fitness centers in the area, but then again it does offer much more. My son participated in the day camp at LifeTime and not only did he have a blast, but he came home everyday completely worn out :)

We became members in July, and we are very happy. They offer anything and everything that a person could need for weight loss or for getting back in shape. They have excellent classes. The instructors and the personnel in the office are very informed as to what is going on in the facility. They can tell us and help us, and they do with any of our questions or problems. The instructors are fantastic. We would use them again in the future.

The best gym I have ever been in. Their equipment. They have tons of equipment. The place is clean and well kept. I have never had to work in with someone. So there is plenty of choices of machines.

We were amazed after touring the facility at Lifetime. They have all the amenities we had hoped for and more! Rock climbing, indoor and outdoor pools, cafe, hair salon, you name it! Literally our first visit with the kids was about four enjoyable hours, and the kids have been going with us daily ever since.

Excellent gym. Have been a member for 2 years now. Some of the pros: - It's the biggest gym in the area by far; there's nothing else even close. - Getting equipment isn't typically an issue. - Lots of selection of equipment and services; if you only need a treadmill or are there to take some classes, then there may be cheaper/better options; but this gym has such a variety of equipment and services that it's perfect for people who want do vary their workouts more (e.g. indoor/outdoor swimming, running, weight training, climbing wall, raquet ball, basketball, etc) - well-maintained, clean facilities - open 24/7 - no annual contracts Cons: - expensive - some of the classes aren't great; I've used them mostly for my kids--they've been fine, just nothing spectacular. You're basically paying for being able to work out while they have their class.

I've been a member at Lifetime Fitness for about two years now. The environment there is great: upbeat, active, and a great mix of members of all ages and physical fitness levels. I prefer individual work-outs, and I never have trouble getting the equipment I want to use. I've done some of their classes and enjoyed them. I don't recommend their health assessments, though, as they seem to be just a way to get you to spend more money. In fact, the price is my single complaint. It's a bit steep, and they don't communicate on any financial matters. You have to take a tour to get a membership price quote, and recently they increased my monthly membership fee by $5.00 per month without giving any advance notice.

The overall experience has been tragic. We joined during the grand opening, becoming founding members. The customer service was non-existent on each occasion for issues - which were frequent. We had billing issues, classes of inconsistent quality, trainers unavailable and overall lack of responsiveness. We thought it would be getting better, since it was possibly growing pains, but things have not improved. After over a year of shoddy service during our membership, we have joined a different gym, which has been a refreshing change.
