They're pretty good overall. They're very convenient for scheduling. You don't think they're more expensive than private garage. They're very easy to schedule with. They have nice facilities, you can work there if you need to and they have all the parts that make car service easy. They're pretty well established.

I bought my car through them six years ago. They are very good with the maintenance they do. They are reasonably priced. They have a very nice waiting area with Wi-Fi and refreshments. Their pricing is probably comparable to everybody else, they are not waiting like Jiffy Lube or anything like that but I value their integrity. They are honest with me about what needs to be repaired and what can be put off for a while.

I was greated promptly at the dealership where the service advisor had my paperwork at hand for my appointment. I added a couple of items to the work order such as an estimate for the ripped armrest. The people at Leith Acura are always courteous and friendly and do all they can to satisfy the customer. After getiting the estimate for the arm rest the service advisor suggested I check the price of an independent shop specializing in interior and convertible top repairbecause it could be less expensive. They didn't have to do that but i felt the advisor was actually looking out for my best interests. It is typical of the dealership. Not only is my MDX one of the best cars I have ever owned - performance, reliability and function - but the dealership is the bet I have ever used. In the past I have avoided the dealership for service after purchasing a vehile. With Leith Acura I feel confident going back to them because they will provide me competitive and honest service at a fair price.

Very well. They honored a $200 discount coupon from a competitor for the timing belt change. They also gave me some free advice on some work I wanted to do on the engine myself. They also provided a loaner car for me to use while they were working on mine. The only charge was $0.18 a mile, but since I only drove it eleven miles, they didn't charge me at all.

I don't remember how much I spent on their services but I know it was reasonable. I've had my car checked before and they told me that it was not anything that had to be handled right away. So I was able to delay until I was ready to get it fixed. They were pretty professional and timely as well. I will probably use their services again in the future.

I've used them a lot. I would recommend them for their service department and how courteous they are. They get you in when you call and have rental cars for you every time you go. They are always very efficient about how they get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time. If it is going to take a few hours they will give you a rental car. It is a nice experience to have the car maintained with them. I've had the car for 12 years and I have been tickled pink with their service.

Their prices are high for major work. They have been very friendly and helpful. For the rest of it the prices are reasonable.

They are very honest and well trained. I really like the fact that they are certified Acura mechanics. I feel safe taking my care there. They do excellent work! The work is always done on time and done right.

I always use Leith to do the required maintenance of my car. They do high quality work. The price is a little high but not too bad. On the last visit they did some extra work that took a little longer, so they gave me a loaner.

I only had to pay for the oil change on this visit. They rest of the work was covered under the warranty program. I thought they did an excellent job with everything. They did provide me with a loaner car for free. The people there are really good at what they do.
