He is just the biggest jerk that I have ever met in my life, he is just lying, manipulating we were to close on Monday and he lied about what he had done, so we called him about half and hour before we were suppose be there to sign, he sent us two text messages that the information that we were asking for and it was obviously made up and so we didn't close and we are still waiting to find out, we have fourteen days to get it straighten out. and It's funny you can't find a lot about him on the internet, but man, I feel bad for anybody and he shouldn't be practicing. For being a seller he is a piece of work and he don't take loans he takes cash.
