Real Estate Service
Great experience, great realtor, we got a Gem. We saw his listing on the internet and made contact. We spoke to many realtors and when we came down, we had to decide between another agent, coincidentally in his office, and Keith. We liked both realtors but felt a connection with Keith. He handled things from start to finish with patience, care, professionalism, courtesy, timeliness, vigor, and persistence. We looked at many neighborhoods but Keith knew what we wanted and we ultimately decided on his listing. He handled a very tough negotiation, and I would say handled what might have turned out differently had it not been handled the way it was. That being said... He is an A+++ Realtor. He has continued to stay in touch with us, making us feel like a person not a number which is frequent.
I know realtors, because I was one for 22 years until recently, so my critique is a tad be harsher than the norm. Take it from me, if you hire Keith, you will get true representation, combined with diligence and professionalism. Oh yeah...Hard work as well.
