Overall, the work looks nice. The goodness stops there. He totally neglected to do the rot repair, leaving us with an unsupported section of floor. As the remainder of the house had been done, including some ceramic tile, we had to spend a significant amount to hire another contractor to come in and fix his work. Also, the vinyl siding was applied improperly, which has resulted in significant water damage to the wall around our bedroom window. Finally, the work was supposed to take from May to August, but instead took an extra year to complete.
Description of Work: Kenny Murdaugh was retained to perform work on our house, which consisted of a total interior remodel and renovation, as well as repair of rot. Also included was rewiring the house, total house wrap with vinyl, new roof, new insulation, and new plumbing.
