Overall, the work looks nice. The goodness stops there. He totally neglected to do the rot repair, leaving us with an unsupported section of floor. As the remainder of the house had been done, including some ceramic tile, we had to spend a significant amount to hire another contractor to come in and fix his work. Also, the vinyl siding was applied improperly, which has resulted in significant water damage to the wall around our bedroom window. Finally, the work was supposed to take from May to August, but instead took an extra year to complete.
