I find them easy to deal with than some of the Subaru dealers in the area.  I went in and told them I wanted a particular car which was a low end model. They showed me the high-end model but did not pressure me into buying it.

The experience was better than expected.
Buying a new car is one of those things you come to dread: Like final exams, a tooth extraction or a colonoscopy.
My salesman was Napoleon Bonaparte...Seriously?? Yep. If you read online reviews you will see he has a fine reputation. Sure there is some of the back and forth you expect, but he is very knowledgeable and explains everything very well. No high pressure sales from him and I found him very patient. I got a very fair deal and would definitely buy from here again.

The cost of this service shows free because it's covered under the a maintenance contract that I was given when I purchased the car. However, the facility is great, free wifi, individual offices for customers that need to make calls (I live on the phone for my job so this is great for me). My service adviser Ron is always very professional and has worked with me even when my new car has had some interesting problems.
Though I normally don't use a dealer for normal maintenance, when my contract is up and I need to have my Santa Fe serviced, I'll certainly come back to Ron at Johnson Hyundai of Cary

The service department along with the staff were just absolutely great. They helped diagnose the problem and found that when i previously went to have this problem looked at by another dealership in the area they did not properly fix the issue. What they found was that the other dealership had done some self modifications to make the lumbar support work instead of actually fixing the issue. Johnson Subaru immediately knew what the issue was and notified me that it was a common issue with my car and they fixed it with the proper parts and ended up being no charge. (due to factory defective part). I would recommend them to anyone who is a Subaru owner in the area. Do not settle for anything less then great service (which they go above and beyond in providing) Oh and how could i forget they washed my car before returning it to me after the service, added bonus!!

The services they rendered was really bad. At 19,000 miles, they told me I need four new tires. I've had two services done by them where they were supposed to rotate the tires and they didn't do it. They wouldn't let me leave without buying the tires. I took my car to another service center where I have taken my other cars and they said, the wheel alignment was not done properly and that's what's wrong with my tires. I called them back and they paid for one tire and for another wheel alignment. I had to pay for another tire and I went there to get it done. They treated my mother and I like we were two old ladies who knew nothing. I was really insulted and I wouldn't go there again. I wouldn't recommend them to others too.

We were very unhappy with their service, but they do a good job.  Their personal and the experience are very negative.  We are not happy with what we have.  They have one only person who can deal with some particular problem in this huge area.  They don’t know how to fix it.  When we go there; we have got a new tire there, we have got other oil changes there, and we had to have some minor body works done there and they were supposed to give us a safe car to drive while this was all been done.  This was our first experience and they gave us an old car, but it is not a safe car.  It has been three times now that we have taken our car there in that we bought it eight months ago and our every experience has been negative.  We have to go a lot further to go to the next dealership outside of this area.

Very good full service, but perhaps a bit long as they walk you through all the add-ins and additional service options you can purchase. This was Subaru #7 for us and we had done or homework and priced exactly what we wanted online, so we knew what we were getting into. Still, they were very thorough and the information would be useful if it was your first experience with this make.  I really liked the fact that they had brought the vehicle into the showroom to finish the prep and demonstrated the features right on the showroom floor. Very classy.

It was not your typical car sales experience. There was no pressure and the sales rep was very informative. He was very pleasant and we were able to test drive the car off the lot. We were treated with a lot of respect. They were very accommodating and worked with us on our trade in. The post purchase meeting with the financial rep went very well, there was no up sell pressure. They delivered the car in excellent condition and the review of the car was outstanding. They went over all the cars features in great detail. They have a spectacular service department as well.
