If you are looking for a jeweler with a slick showroom and sparkling lights, this is not the place for you. If you are looking for tons of part-time employees who started selling jewelry two weeks ago, this is not the place for you. Shiny display cases? No. If instead you want a small, well-established, family-owned store with personable employees, THIS IS THE PLACE. I had an old watch that was a gift that needed cleaning and a new battery, and the lady was very clear up front about what they could and could not do, and what it would cost. I got my watch back, cleaned up and running, and they only charged me $7. That is cheaper than Wal-Mart and a whole lot faster. This is the kind of place I want to know about if I need anything done on rings and watches.

Both times the work was completed within 15 minutes, including on one very busy day when it was hard to find a place to stand out of the way in the store.  Everyone in the shop was very courteous, and the price was very good.

THESE PEOPLE ARE AWESOME!  Not only was the ring exactly what I asked for, it was even more beautiful than I could have imagined.  They were prompt with their service and I will be going to them in the future for all my jewelry needs!

The provider was timely, meticulous, courteous, friendly, welcoming, and highly professional.
Although I decided not to repair the wristwatch at this time, the provider did not charge me for the assessment.
I would DEFINITELY be happy to use Johnson's Jewelers for any future needs.
They are first rate professionals and delightful to do business with.

Came in and they took the watch back right away after he finished a long transaction with a customer that was already there. I waited while he sat down and did the work - replaced the battery, set the time, polished it up, and I was gone....they politely asked if they could show me anything but no pressure. Wonderful little place.

I got a new watch from an online retailer. I spent about 45 minutes trying to remove one of the links to resize it. I finally threw in the towel and decided to seek professional help. I found Johnson's Jewelers online. Explained to the nice lady at the counter that I needed help getting my watch resized. She helped me figure out how many links needed to be removed. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Everyone was professional and nice. It was the best $5 I've spent in a while. I would go back to them again.

It was a pleasant experience.

They are a long time family business. They're friendly and their price is not exorbitant.
