We are a small family owned business operating at this location for the past 7 years. We currently have 3 employees and looking to add more as we grow. For work that we cannot do, we have the resources to sub contract out some work making it easier on our clients.

Great location, drop off service, easy to talk to staff on the phone (Joe's wife Beth), professional and friendly, clean straightforward folks, high quality, tested, not too expensive, no-nonsense repairs : )
Description of Work: Replaced my radiator on my 2006 Ford Escape, and replaced the Sideview mirror housing on my 2005 Ford Econoline Custom Van.

Joe has been working on our family cars for many years. We just got new cars that are under warranty, but when they are not covered, we are back to Joes. His prices are very fair, and he is a great mechanic !
Description of Work: Just went for oil change and inspection. Joe has fixed engine problems and other typical car issues . He always does a fantastic job!

Timely and fairly price as always.
Description of Work: A family member put power steering fluid into the brake lines by mistake. Joe's Automotive quickly remedied the problem by flush the brake lines and properly filling both the power steering fluid and brake fluid. Oil change was also performed.

iI called and brought the car in on Thursday 1/3 and they would get to it right away. My car was not looked at until late Friday 1/4. They could not read the codes to determine the reason for the service engine soon indicator. I also wanted the brakes looked at. On Monday still had not worked on the reason I brought the car in for. They call and said the Fan belt was crack and needed a replacement. They replaced the belt and by Tuesday I simply just gave up on the repairs that I wanted done. The receptionist was terrible, she does not tell the real story of what's going on, communications is poor. If you're a friend of Joe's maybe this is the place for you. New customers should shy away from this auto repair shop.
Description of Work: I wanted the Service Engine soon light investigated. Also had a brake indicator light on. Once this problem was diagnosed and fixed to provide NC Inspection.

The customer bought his vehicle in late thursday with the understanding that we would look at it on Friday.His vehicle has a serious electrical wiring issue which he could not underastand.He would not give me the time to properly figure out this problem and decided to pick his vehicle up without being completed.
