As part of my purchase deal, I requested sport visors to be added to my Soul. Thomas Snaith was my saleman. He ordered them and set up all the arrangements to get me back in and have them applied. The service only took a little more than an hour. He scheduled the work to be done on a Saturday morning (I work full time) which was the most convenient to my schedule. I arrived on time and the service department took me right in. The waiting area was spacious and the TV was set on a decent channel. When the job was done, they drove the car right up near to where I was standing when I left the waiting area. In addition, they "threw in" a tank of gas since I had to sit and wait on my car. I drove the salesperson up to a gas station where they used their gas card to fill my tank. I dropped them back off at the dealership as I headed towards home. Excellent customer service.

It drives really nice. It has a small gas tank. It gets good gas mileage but it is only a 12 gallon gas tank which kinds of cuts us a little short. We get between 400-500 miles. The general manager was very nice and very accommodating. We had a bit of a situation and once he was involved, he took over everything and made sure that we were happy. He took care of all of our needs. We left with his cell phone number, which was really impressive. He got us a new salesperson and he kept checking in with us. He was really wonderful.
