They were great. I had a door that was damaged and they repaired that for me. I had a great experience. When I originally went in they quoted me $2500 and they managed to use a panel over that they thought they would have to replace and made the price $500 lower.

My 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee was damaged in a front end collision, a mess but repairable.  Insurance covered all repairs. 
1.  Mechanically the repair was fine - the car drives well, parts fit together well. 
2.  The car was delivered 2 days late -  not a huge deal.  They found some additional damage on final inspection.
3.  Paint workmanship has been a significant issue.  The first problem I noticed was bubbles in the paint on the front of the hood.  I  brought the car back and the hood was repainted in a few days.  Recently, I found a significant paint drip line on the driver door below eye level.  I will have to take it back for that to be resolved.  Both issues should have been caught by the technicians doing the work, and by the final inspections.  Neither was effective in my case.
I do not recommend Hendrick Collision center.  They are professional and easy to deal with, but the paint results are just not acceptable. 

I had a 500 dollar deductible and insurance covered all the rest. I went on a cruise and left the car with them and they found other things under the bumper that needed to be fixed. They worked with my insurance company by the time I picked up he car, they already had a check in and all I had to do was sign the back of it. when I took it to be inspected by my insurance company, they said they knew what was wrong with the outside, it didn't touch the light but there could be something underneath that's damaged and they'll call us if it is. When they took off the bumper, there was something damaged so they called the insurance company and I guess they sent them pictures and the insurance company approved it. It wasn't unexpected, they had both warned me that it could happen.

They did what they said they were going to do. The work was physically excellent.

They were very professional and courteous, only took one day to repair, and did a very through and nice job with the new fender painting. They also provided a guarantee that if we were dissattisfied with the quality of their work or if the bumper ever deteriorated (paint blisters, etc.) while we owned the car, they would fix it. We were very satisfied with the service and recommend them to anyone with a collision repair need.
