Work was performed in timely manner. They did a good job on repair but we were surprised at the cost. The other person's insurance paid for our repairs but this company was the highest estimate/price out of all of the other's we had estimates. We ultimately went here because it was the insurance companies choice. Had we been paying out of pocket, we would have chosen somewhere else.

Haddock has actually performed 3 separate repairs to 2 different vehicles.
They have always been courteous and helpful in getting my repairs done quickly and with quality results.
While the 2nd repair had some quality issues with the paint-job, when I took the car back and showed them the problem, they stood by their work and re-painted the part with no-charge.
This was true as well when a fender they had just put in, had a fastener break at the screw and replaced the entire fender as they did not want me to go home with a new-broken part.
I've had quality results and they fix whatever is not-right.
I would use them again for sure!

Car was repaired but still the car has a vibration problem. Did they at least took the car for a ride to check everything was fine? I doubt so. If I would not have my insurance company paying for this, I would be very unhappy because of the final bill.

I was in an accident with my Volvo. I took the car to Haddock primarily because they were a insurance approved repair facility + Volvo certified for repairs. Tony was pleasant and explained the repair process in detail. We were told that the car would be done in about a month, which made sense because it was a MAJOR repair. However, the repair took almost two and a half months. And communication during that time was spotty at best. I was told the car would be done on a Tuesday, for instance, and then Tuesday would come and go with no phone call. I would call on Wednesday and would be told: "Oh, we would have called you if we had something to say." One reason that the repair was delayed was because they had to order a part from the manufacturer and the wrong part came in. Auto repair is tricky, because you don't want to irritate the person doing the repair for fear that they might not do as good a job for you, but by the same token communication is essential, especially for a long term repair like ours. On the positive side, the car looks brand new. And while we did have to take the car back a couple of times to fix a problem with the new doors, Haddock was very responsive to this and didn't give us a hard time at all. It appears they do stand by their guarantee 100%. The quality of their work was great, BTW, even with the need to take the car back in. As I said, this was a MAJOR repair and it's not surprising that there were a few kinks to work out. I would use this company in the future; however, I would make sure that I stayed on top of the repair from the beginning so that I would know about delays, etc., and have a more clear understanding of what is going on at all times.

Work was estimated at 8 days by Geico. I took the car to Haddock primarily because they were a Geico repair facility + Volvo certified for repairs. Also, other Haddock locations had good ratings on Angie's List. The guy that I worked with (Tony Snyder) was pleasant and explained the repair process in detail. Major issue was that instead of 8 days, it took 30 days (that's NOT a typo!) to repair. Although there was some amount of damage that was revealed during tear down, the delays seemed to be for somewhat shaky reasons (wrong part shipped from Volvo, we don't have a drill bit to cut boron steel, etc). It's a bad scenario because you don't want to antagonize the people that you want to do a good job on your car, but you want it done in a reasonable time frame! Overall, the work quality was good, but timing and responsiveness were poor. Still, I would probably use them again (quality trumps everything) but would be far more involved in understanding any delays in schedule.
