Excellent work and excellent customer service! Greenlight Overhead Door was able to get out to diagnose and fix our problem immediately. Rick thoroughly explained what was causing our problem, and was able to fix it that day. The job was done very quickly and our new motor works great and is SUPER quiet. Importantly, the cost was very reasonable. He also then was able to set up a keypad entry to the garage and re-program the HomeLink system in our cars. We would not hesitate to use this company for all our garage door needs!

When my garage door spring broke I called several companies for pricing. Greenlight Overhead Doors was the most reasonably priced. When I called for a quote they were very professional. She said she would have a technician call me back with a quote. I was impressed on the quick response. Rick gave me a quote and explained what needed to be done. After calling other companies for quotes and waiting for them to get back to me I decided to call Greenlight back. We set up an appointment time that worked with my schedule. I needed to leave work to meet Rick. He said he would call me 30 minutes before my appointment time to remind me. He was at my home waiting for me when I got there. He was very understanding when I was a few minutes late. He completed the work in the time he said it would take and also said he could program the Homelin in my car for the garage door. He gave me a quote on other work I may need soon on the door and explained what to look for on some other things that might need checking.

I was impressed and pleased with the service. I will recommend them to everyone who may need their services.

The garage broke around 6:00 pm on 3/13/2013 and I called Rick to see if he could come by the next day. He was finishing up a job elswhere and said he would stop by to that evening to take a look. He made all the repairs by 7:30 and was on his way. Great job!
