I don't know if I would use them again. I don't know if there's a lot of alternative. I didn't think the service was alright. They were about the same as everyone else. We needed 50 wineglasses and they sent five. I'm not sure why they thought somebody would rent five wineglasses. It just seems that a professional would know that's a red flag. We rented six tables with six chairs each. I just think they they should have caught that. I called them that morning and I said we only got 5 glasses, we need 50. So they sent more out later before the party. They resolved the issue.

I called around looking for this somewhat unusual piece of equipment (I had never heard of one until the day before). They had one. When I came to pick it up, the service people were helpful and lent me without charge a strong ramp to get it into and out of my truck and a strap to secure it. The machine performed well. An employee promptly helped me unload it when I brought it back. They accepted my personal check with identification.

Great experience. Dingo bucket machine worked great for our yard project. And the staff was so friendly and helpful. Would recommend to everyone - couldn't have moved 13 tons of stone without the bucket machine. Thank you!

The sprayer was available as reserved. The rental person helped put it in the car for me. The person who was to use the equipment was not able to do the work. I returned the equipment, and Grand Rental refunded part of the rental cost. They apologized for not being able to refund all of it as I had the equipment overnight. I did not expect any refund and was happy with the interaction.

They are awesome. I'm planning my wedding. I'm getting married today. I haven't gotten their service yet only, customer service, and they are excellent. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future ir needed.

I will never use them. Only one person in the shop knows how to use the equipment. That person is busy or not there, you are screwed. I rented the suction cups to renew the mirror and I brought it home. It sounds crazy because I couldn't find out how to use them. My husband called them and they said that the guy wasn't there. Fortunately my husband walked up to them and the guy who knew how to use the equipment was there. I had booked the wet saw a week in advance. I got there and I wanted new breaks put on it because I was going to do a lot of cutting. The guy assured me that the blades would be there. First of all the blade was absolutely terrible. I had to wait for twenty minutes to tell that guy, who was on phone, that the blade was terrible. Then I dragged him to the other shop to get a new blade and it wasn’t there. He gave me a $17 discount but it chuck out my whole day on this piece of equipment. I bought the equipment home and my brother in law had to piece it together to make it work, as it was in a bad condition. Then I had to cut angles on the tile and I tried to get an adapter. They didn’t have it at the shop. I had to drive all the way to get it. So it was like a nightmare. They are so close to us that it would be great to use them, but I will not use them. They do not have a proper staff or the equipment; to give help with the equipment. The piece of equipment I had wasn't in good working condition. They did not have new blade in the shop; for me that’s not a very good business. Every time I have gone there, they are either eating breakfast or eating lunch. I will never go back to them.

The company representatives were very knowledgeable and professional. Reservation process was easy. There is a wide selection of tablecloth colors and I needed to go to the store to select a color. The items arrived within 30-40 minutes of the agreed time. I had ordered off-white chairs but the delivery personnel brought white chairs also, since they thought the off-white chairs did not look as good as the white chairs (which was true, so we selected the white chairs instead). The company set up the tables where they needed to go. The tablecloths were very nice quality. The company also picked up the items at the agreed-on time.

It is best to make a reservation if you are planning to do the work on a weekend. It is very easy to make one over the phone. When you go to pick up the equipment someone will help you load it into your trailer.
