Chris Gibson is totally honest and a real team worker. He is perfect for those of us who want to be involved in our remodeling. We were able to purchase flooring, tiles, etc. using his discount (no upcharge for that). He discusses approaches, is flexible, highly competent, gives good advice.

l The shingles on part of the undamaged roof were no longer manufactured. The insurance company did not believe this, and also wanted us to have different shingles placed on only damaged roof. After many months of negotiations we finally were able to have all shingles replaced on roof areas visible from the front of the house. (we have woods in the back of the yard) This required many hours contacting dealers and manufacturers as well as with the insurance company. Cris Gibson was key to our reaching a satisfactory agreement. The roof had two layers of old shingles which needed to be removed. The roof was first constructed in 1966 with only re-shingling and re-flashing work done since the roof was constructed. As part of the roofing job Cris inspected and repaired years of damage that was done to the roof it self. The job was done professionally, including measuring where the next shingle should be placed. The cost shown was for shingling the whole roof and other repairs which were not covered by our insurance.
