.All went well. The young lady Heather who did the job was very professional did an excellent job. Took her time hung the TV up perfectly level and secure exactly where I wanted it. Recommended the HDMI selector as well and wired it up to my satellite box and blu ray DVD player. Also made other recommendations on enhancing the sound and getting more TV options apps by use of a Roku box .
Secured all wiring by use of cable ties and made a very tidy appearence of what was once a tangled mess of wires.
Took her time with explaining things on how it all worked and gave me type written notes on the basic operation of the new set in case I forget.

The salesperson made sure to show him the one with the best discount and went out of his way to make sure it was in stock. He helped him navigate through which features he needed and what he didn't need. We were pleasantly surprised because Best Buy isn't a retailer we usually go to.

They finished it for three days.  They were professional and very good.  They sent me email along the way to let me know when they are coming and their price is reasonable.

It went great.  Geek Squad actually took care of the problem.  The fan motor had essentially died that had to be replaced.

They were on time, professional and friendly

I dropped my laptop computer and could not get it to start.    I called Best Buy and talked to the technician.  I explained what happened and what I had tried to do to start the computer.  He suggested to take the battery out and put it back in  That after a computer is dropped, sometimes the battery slips and does not make a good connection.  I tried this simple suggestion and it worked!  Saved me from having to buy a new computer and I didn't have to drive to the store which is an hour away.  I do shop at Best Buy for a variety of produts - TV, Wii, computer supplies and camera supplies.  The staff is always helpful and polite.  I love shopping at Best Buy.  And now they carry  Apple products - YES!

The installer did not install the oven. He measured the Bosch oven incorrectly. The oven has a metal box with a decorative facade, only the metal box part goes into the cabinet. The facade sits flush against the frame of the cabinet.  The installer measured the façade and claimed that the oven was ?too tall? for the cabinet. This is not true.  He did haul away the old oven. A very expensive haul-away service. Very disappointing.
After the installer left  I pulled out the installation manual.  After measuring the box It was clear that the oven did actually fit into the cabinet space.  I had to hire an electrician to do the wiring, but the oven slid right into the cabinet.  It seems to me that if I could figure it out by looking at the diagram in the installation guide, then the installer should have been able to mesure the oven properly.

Overall their services are good. They come out to the house and help with the issue. We had one tech that came out who was not as good as the others that came out.

I had to wait forever in line at the store. The whole experience took too long. I had to leave it there for a week and a half for something very simple. The staff was not efficient. They were chatting with customers about things that did not pertain to their repair while others were waiting in line.

I honestly would have to say Best Buy treated us really well. The only thing I could fault them on is referring us to an installation company that did not get to us when they were supposed to. As far as the Best Buy sales team is concerned, I think they are great. They were helpful and outgoing. They knew what they were talking about and at the end of the day, we felt like for the money we did spend, we got a pretty good overall package.

The Geek Squad is good enough. They seem to be pretty knowledgeable but the only thing I did not like is that they missed my first appointment. I will say that they usually take a week to schedule in the work and they did make every effort to get to me in about only a half a week. That impressed me. My only real complaint with them is that they set up an appointment with us on a Sunday evening at five o'clock and did not show up. They rescheduled, which was good, but they could improve a little in some business areas I guess.

THEY CHARGE A SEVENTY DOLLAR FEE FOR EVEN DOING A DIAGNOSTIC ON A COMPUTER. THEY DID NOT GET MY COMPUTER BACK TO ME FOR A WEEK AND A HALF. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN BECAUSE THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES THAT CAN DO THE REPAIRS IN THE AREA.
