They have been great. They've helped us with several things and they've been very good at it. I feel like I can trust them. They've had opportunities where they could have charged me more and told me it was something more expensive and they just said it was something simple and they didn't charge me at all. I trust them more than the dealership.

They are awesome. We have been going to them for about 5 years now.

Firehouse Auto Repair (Jerry) evaluated my ignition system and diagnosed my car starting problem.

Jerry and team correctly replaced my starter and gave me a choice regarding the replacement part. I opted for the more expensive starter with lifetime replacement.

Jerry and his brother run this business as honest, hard working men. This shop is spectacular.

The shop has always kept me informed as to the progress of my vehicle and the guys are excellent troubleshooters; they also provide excellent advice and wisdom regarding best courses of action on each repair.

Firehouse Auto Repair has worked on my 2002 Ford Taurus a few times now; and I really trust these guys.

I cannot say enough good things about this shop.

This wasn't the first time I've used Firehouse Auto Repair. I was referred to them by my son-in-law who worked his way through school as a certified auto mechanic. His observation, and my experience, have been that Cecile and Jerry (the father and son owners) are honest and dependable. They don't attempt to up-sell or add on unnecessary parts or services, are always considerate and accommodating, and come through with quality workmanship at very reasonable prices. Explanations of repairs and charges are always forthcoming. On the one occasion I had a problem with the job, it was swiftly rectified without a hassle or any kind of negative attitude.
The waiting area isn't luxurious, but is clean, and has a flat screen television and free wi-fi. I'm sure the prices would have to go up in order to provide something more up-scale, but I'm not there to be pampered. I just want honest treatment, and quality work so that I can feel my car is safe and well maintained. As a woman going in without the back-up of a man, I know from past experience that many business owners in many fields will feel that alone is an open invitation to take advantage of the situation. I never feel concerned that I'm going to be ripped off at Firehouse Auto.
When one moves into a new area, along with a good doctor, finding a trustworthy auto mechanic should be at the top of everyone's To Do List. I'm thankful that I've found Firehouse Auto Repair.

Delivered me home while repair was done and delivered auto when finished.

Staff was polite and accommodating. Diagnosed problem, set date and time for repair, rode me home and picked me up after work was completed. Part cost was approximately 30% of quote from another garage.

Saved the work I had done myself twice/ First was to mount a spring on a new strut after I had done the first three. Second time was to find out why I had a bad shimmy in the front end/ Thank God I saw them, apparently I had not tightened my tire studs enough and they replaced a linkage on the steering that would have placed me in peril of a major disaster. These guys mounted parts I had bought elsewhere without a problem and are the most cheerful bunch I've met in a long time.
