EZ Pro Baths

EZ Pro Kitchen and Bath sales, design and install were great. They have been in business long enough to create a seamless system. I had a great experience remodeling my downstairs bathroom. It looks fantastic. Dennis in sales walked me through the remodel process. Hanna assisted with design. She helped me select items to compliment my current home decor. Ryan was instrumental (as project manager) in overseeing his workcrew to insure my project was done on time and done right. Many thanks to all. I would not hesitate to call on EZ Pro for future kitchen or bath projects.

EZPro Kitchen & Bath did a great job on our renovation. We had a 1960's kitchen with a cut up floor plan. EZPro removed all the walls, reworked the ceilings, including vaulting the ceiling in the kitchen, put in new, beautiful custom cabinets with a huge island. We picked our finishes at their design studio with the help of a design professional and the sales associate. She helped us design the layout and all the finishes, with a great program that calculated every inch. We brought the dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook all together in an open layout which is great for entertaining. The before and after is amazing! It was a complex job as well which involved removing ductwork and adding/relocating HVAC as well as replacing the insulation in the ceilings. The owner Greg is a stand up guy with integrity. Very professional and experienced crews.

Great job! Adam Beaman did our remodel and he was awesome..great job, on time and explained everything we needed to know. Cleaned up and left bathroom spotless. Will definitely use EZpro Baths again when needed. Project completed in one day and we are loving our new shower!

We used EZ Pro Baths Express, which is the "smaller job" part of EZ Pro Baths. What sold us on EZ Pro Baths Express was the lifetime guarantee on their work. Installer John S. arrived on time and started right away. We were surprised he worked alone, but he did an EXCELLENT job ! Total time over 3 days was about 22 hours. Considering John had to be a designer, carpenter, plumber, drywaller and skilled people person all rolled into one, he was great and a very skilled guy ! We did call on them to correct a minor issue 3 months after the install, and they were fast on the scene to fix things. Very pleased. Our cost was $7500 per bathroom.

They did the design which is really smooth in 1 day and kept us notified on what is happening and made some corrections. The final product was great.

On time and within planned budget. Would highly recommend.

Overall the experience was great. Being able to see a 3d-render of the finished room was great. They worked with the budget we had. Being able to call 1 person, the project manager, and deal with any issues along the way is worth it, as I did not have to arrange for the plumber, the tile guy, the electrician, all separately. They offer an online website which posts pictures of the project along the way, a calendar of who will be in your house, as well as an easy way to contact them if questions arise. I had some nit-picky things that had to be touched up before the project was complete, but everything was taken care of, on time, on budget, and without any questions. While we did find some unexpected issues with my house during the re-model, they were very easy to work with and helped me decide my options on the fly. I would recommend again without a doubt as they were always very professional.

Went really well from start to finish.  Ken & Jen were prompt to respond to our initial inquiry, happy to communicate by email the whole time (for our convenience).  Came to our home for initial consult and design (some companies make you go to their showroom and only during work hours).  They have an excellent combination of technical and design skills - very important for us.  Listened to what we wanted but guided us on practicality and cost.  Kept to our budget and made sure we understood all costs.  After initial design session returned with a trailer to display 3-D design views and short lists (samples) of materials which was enormously helpful (previous company had told us to go to the tile store and pick).  We made many adjustments which Ken & Jen took in their stride.  Work was planned at our convenience as soon as materials were available.  Details were well explained in advance and the owners and project manager were ALWAYS easy to contact.  We worked at home for the first few days of the remodel which helped when there were questions on details.  All workmen were pleasant.  Work was done ON SCHEDULE which we didn't expect.  We got picky about the decorative tile pattern in the shower and EZ Pro were the embodiment of patience, removing and replacing the tiles several times until we were completely satisfied.  The whole time we felt that they really wanted to please us.  The result is a bathroom that we are really happy with and is the envy of our friends!  We plan to use EZ Pro to remodel our remaining bathroom.

They called me back promptly to set up a time for an estimate. Ken was very helpful in explaining the process so we knew what to expect. Once we set a date they came in and took everything out in 1 day and began construction the following day. I liked that the crew protected my floors in the areas where they were walking. Work was completed not only within the time frame they said it would be, 4 days sooner. The process can be a bit noisy at times but all in all husband and I are very pleased with the bathroom. I liked that since we had a budget in mind they helped us keep within our limits and still gave us high quality work for the money. We both felt that the pricing was very reasonable. We would use them again and would recommend them highly to anyone who would like to remodel their bathrooms.
