 + -1 moreSpent over 3 hours with me at the home. Extremely knowledgeable. Provided a summary for repair request with amble pictures as well as detailed report. Also shared construction and code information as well as contractors and a structural engineer contact for price quotes. Gave many cost saving ideas. Patient and communicated all issues in a clear manner. Also made notes for my future reference about homes major features water shut off electrical ect.
Description of Work: Home purchase inspection extremely thorough, details of repair items and pictures as well as home details for my future reference.
