It's fine. I don't think they keep weeds out as good as they should.

We have been using EPM for about seven years. The quality of their service has improved greatly over the last few years. Our yard is among the best in the neighborhood. My wife is very picky about weeds, etc. They have been responsive to coming out between normal applications and spraying or fertilizing as needed. Of course we water the lawn and mow regularly to keep it looking good.

They would get an c. I think they are out of business. I have not heard from them in an while. They need to send people who come out on the right time of the year, hire more professional people, who know what they are doing.

They could lower their prices to make my experience better.

For lawn care we have EPM Lawn Care. They are not pre scheduled. They are pretty professional. We have been using them for 10 years now. The price and the number of treatments have been climbing so it is mostly the cost that they could improve on. The price has gone up and the number of treatments. Before they did was fewer treatments and now they basically come every month so there is a charge every month.

An EPM salesperson came to our neighborhood passing out info about lawn/tree and shrub care and offered to treat our shrubs and trees for insects. I was concerned about our pets in the yard but they assured me that they would note that we have pets and wanted to be notified prior to treatment so as to keep them away. EPM said they would send a postcard AND call prior to arriving for treatment. They were supposed to be out within a few days to treat our trees and shrubs. Two and a half weeks later we found that they showed up and treated our property without any warning. We were out playing the the yard with our pets and found a sign laying near a shrub that they had been there. It would have been sometime within the previous few hours, as we had not seen the sign when we left the house.. We were very upset about it as they assured us we would have plenty of notice. We received nothing. I called the company immediately and said I wanted to talk to a mgr. They said they had to take a message for someone to call me back. I called several times, and no one ever called me back or apologized or offered to do anything about how they had mishandled our account. I would never recommend them and never consider using them again.

After using their service for a year my lawn looked worse at the end of the year then it had in previous years. I doubt that they were putting down any application at all. By the end of the year weeds and moss were widespread. Also, I asked Them to assess one of my trees. They said that it had sooty mold. After doing some research on my own and getting a second opinion I found out that he was lying outright in a bed to get me to pay for a service that I didn't need. Don't trust them they're liars.

I used EPM on my previous home for 10 years with decent results on a smaller yard nearer to their offices. I choose to do my own treatments last year on or new home with a yard 4 times the size. I got the yard looking good on my own, but it was a lot to do. I had an irrigation system installed so my yard would be watered properly.
I called EPM for my 2nd year and the price was reasonable ...about what I was paying for the raw chemicals. I live about 10 miles further away and the level of service drop dramatically. They are never here when they say they will be here. Usually is has been about a week or two later when they show up. By August the yard was taken over by crabgrass and weeds and I called to ask that that re-treat. Didn't happen.
Now it was time to aerate and seed. It is best done in very early fall. After several calls and many weeks they show up in mid- October unannounced. I was at work and had to close my store to run out and meet them so I could mark the irrigation system. Guys were really nice, but not the sharpest tools in the shed. They had a trailer with 4 aerators. The first one would not start. They 2nd one did and the wheel came off after about 5 minutes use. I asked why they did not pull off one of the other ones they had and they said they had broken down earlier. I got a set of vice grips and clamped his wheel on so they could get through the job.
A week later with good weather and water..no seedlings..two weeks..no seedlings. On the 3rd
week some started coming up. Obviously bad seed applied way too late. When I saw how weak the concentration of seedlings was across the landscape, I had to re-seed myself to get something going, but by this time is was really too late in the season. I have several square yards of bare areas across the back yard with NO grass.
My back yard looks horrible.
I hope some of the seedlings will fill out a lot of bare areas in the Spring. Will I see EPM in the Spring??...No Way.

Those guys overcharge and will not respond to you!
I was supposed to receive 7 treatments and 7 invoice a year. Lately, I have noticed I have been receiving (and paying) almost on a monthly basis when I should be paying almost every other month. When I checked my bank records I found that as of September 2012 I have paid 9 times. I called the company and asked for a printout of the service dates, their invoices and my payments. They claim their computer system is down. It has been down for TWO months! A supervisor came on the next scheduled service and I told him I refuse service until they give me the record. It has been over three weeks and they have not yet. They still place calls on my home phone informing me of upcoming service. I tried to call them (on a Saturday) but o one answered, fair enough for a weekend call, but you couldn't even leave a message. The phone just rings and rings.
My next step is to try to figure out how to file an official complaint against them since they refuse to respond to me, they refuse to show me the records and they claim their computer is down (for 2 months now)!
I am cancelling the service.

The lawn looks awful. I tried to get someone to come see the problem and
discuss potential solutions, but after a month of calling and never
receiving any response at all, I gave up and cancelled the service.

They were referred to me by a friend so I figured thy should be fine, but they weren't. They would come out as scheduled and walk around the yard doing what I thought they were supposed to do. Supposedly they treated for weeds, but on the first time out they never died. I had to call back after every single application at least once and often three or more times to finally get all of the weeds treated. I tried to talk to some upper management but they pushed it back down to some "supervisor" who simply got angry with me for complaining about their work. Obviously I cancelled their services. After the cancellation the same guy actually showed up in my yard wanting my business back. Since then, they robo call me every so often to see what the problem was, even though I have explained to every person I could speak to that their customer service and quality of work is non existent. Now they even suggest that I should have had my soil tested and that the weeds were my fault.

My yard looks worse than ever and I can only assume that their weed treatments were underdone or not applied at all.

I wasn't really satisfied with them. I didn't see a difference in my lawn. I used them for about a year, but I discontinued the service because it was not helping my lawn. They came out when they said they would, but they wouldn't give advice as to why things weren't working. Their price seemed to be a little high and the quality was below average. They were responsive. I would not use them again in the future.

I am not very happy with him. He was done in 5 seconds when he did my lawn. They aren't getting rid of the weeds, they are still going strong.
