Carpet Installation
I feel like I was left under the dark of the night. He advertises on Craigslist right now. In Raleigh, he distributed flyers. He came out and did a repair job, and left his business card. He said he sells carpet for less than anyone else and does the installation himself. He took $950 upfront for the purchase of material. He became unresponsive, his phones went out of services. I completely ran out of ways to get into contact with me. However, I did located him on Craiglist and left a voicemail on his new phone number.
