Our neighbor hired this company to mow their yard. They erroneously started to mow our yard. We had just planted new grass and their riding mower tore up the sections of seed, put ruts in our yard and mowed it a lot shorter than we ever do. I previously owned a lawn care company and have been told that my yard is if not the nicest but definitely one of the best in our large neighborhood. I take great pride in the up keep. After this company cut one side and the middle of our front yard the neighbor came out and told them that they were mowing the wrong yard. Rather than coming to our door (my wife works from home) or leaving a note they did nothing and left half of our side front yard unmowed. They left grass clippings and tire marks in our driveway. when I got home from work, I called the company and left a msg. After a few days with no response I left another msg. Still no response. I sent an email to their company website over a week ago and still have not received a response. This company has no professionalism and does not own up to their errors. We know that errors happen however the least they could have done is let us know and offered to fix the damage to our lawn that they caused.
