My parents’ bedroom furniture lasted 50+ years because they put glass tops on their dresser and nightstands; so when I purchased my first bedroom set, I wanted to do the same thing. I obtained 3 estimates and selected City Mirror & Glass. I met Nora, first by telephone, to obtain the estimates. Since the dresser was a unique piece, I went to their facility in person to make sure we had measured the dresser correctly. Ramon took the time to review everything and made good recommendations prior to starting the job. In less than a week the glass tops were ready and they fit perfectly. I am pleased with the workmanship as well as the customer service I received from start to finish. I would consider utilizing their services in the future and would recommend them to family and friends.

I had used them before to replace a large front sealed window. (I thought I had found them previously in Angie's list, but they don't seem to be today) So I just called them back and asked to come give me an estimate. They came the same day. Made the measurement. Told me it would be about a week and a half to two weeks for it to be built and they would call me when it was ready. Very professional, just as they were last time.
They called about two weeks later and they had time that day and I was available, so they came the same day again. They put down drop cloths inside and out for any debris and went right to work pulling out the old one and replacing it with the new one. There are two of them and they obviously have been working together for a long time as little was said, they both knew what needed to be done. As it turned out I had nothing better to do so I was able to watch. They were very efficient and friendly, even though some contractors don't like to be watched. They vacuumed up before they even removed the drop cloths, everything was done very well, in my opinion. They had noted to me that the existing frame was broken, so I knew when they took it down, it would come down in two pieces, they didn't break it. But, of course, it was easy for them to fix it upon reinstallation. They were in and out in no time and we're back in business with a new window.

I called for an estimate and Ramon was able to give me a quote on the phone based on my measurements.  The next morning, Ramon came to the house to take specific measurements.  He emailed a written quote and ordered the window.  When the window arrived, Ramon and his assistant installed it.  They were punctual, courteous, professional, friendly, and did a great job.  They were careful to protect the Jacuzzi tub and window frames and cleaned up very well afterwards.  I found Ramon to be easy to work with and very accommodating.   I would highly recommend Ramon and his company.

he provided an estimate that we thought was reasonable. He came out to replace the window and In the process of replacing it, he realized the new window was scratched. He then ordered a replacement and came back and installed the new window. He was very good about communicating what was happening and what the timelines would be.

He was very professional, prompt and efficient. He cut the extra piece of glass for just a little bit more, not too much. The glass was 4' x 5' and he smoothed the edge. He also put spacers along the side so the glass isn't actually touching the table. We need to call him to do our end tables.

I liked them. They did a pretty good job. They charged me $250 the first time and $200 the next time. It turned out to be a very good price. The guy was prompt and responding. He came and took the measurement and did a nice job.

Call this company and the guy came out and said it was $125.00 service charge and that after that I would only be charged for the mirror. He measured and then It took several calls to get him to return and replace the mirror. To top it off I was charged 4 times what he had originally said it would cost. If you use this guy get the estimates in writing.

Very well. Adam answered the phone on my first call and I met him at his shop less than 30 minutes later. He had the job completed by that afternoon and called me back and I went and picked up our new piece of glass.

The process went very smoothly. I called Adam and asked for a price. He returned my call the same day with an estimate. I told him to go ahead and schedule me for the mirror. He came out to the house and took measurements.The mirror was made and installed about a week later. The 3 inch frame took a few extra days because it had to be ordered. The mirror turned out beautifully. I am very pleased. Adam is very professional and a pleasure to work with. He can give you ideas if you are not sure what you want. He delivered exactly what I needed and expected regarding the new mirror in the bathroom that is in the process of being renovated. I highly recommend using his services. He customer service is top notch.

Adam answered when I first called, gave me an estimate, and setup a time to come over and do the work; he even offered to come out that same day. The job itself went extremely well. They were very professional, made sure everything was clean before they left, and took away the old piece of glass for me. I would highly recommend this company!!

I left a voice message and it was returned in about 10 minutes. As agreed by both of us, 2 days later Adam (owner) sent Ramon over for a free estimate. Ramon showed up on time, was very professional and pleasant. He called Adam after looking over the job to be done and Adam then called us to give us the quote. He estimated a 5 hour job (which turned out to be accurate) and Ramon began work immediately to disassemble the shower. During the 1st stage he noticed and pointed out many instances where the framing had been installed backwards, upside down, you name it! Also he pointed out a crack in the adjoining tub wall that was caused by the previous installation of too many screws. He removed all caulking and cleaned the areas. After everything was removed he placed a fan in the shower and we let it dry for 5 days. He was extremely careful about placing the glass door and walls under beds and in safe areas and stored the aluminum framing as well. He cleaned each piece before he did this. When he returned to restore everything Adam assisted him in hanging the glass properly and to oversee that it was done correctly. Ramon suggested and added silicone on the bottom of the shower door railing that helped prevent water from dripping when the door was opened. The finished product is perfect. We no longer have any leaks and it looks great.

I called to ask if they could do the work. They said yes and suggested I call before I come because sometimes they are out of the shop. I called and they said they would meet me in 15 minutes. They were there before I was.
