A Raleigh native, Chuck raised his family in the same community where he grew up and now sells homes. A respected professional, his extensive knowledge of the local area market is one of his greatest assets. Chuck is a Multi-Million Dollar producer, and has been admitted to the Leading Edge Society, the President's Circle and the Chairman's Circle. His experience includes selling large new large new construction neighborhoods -- both acreage and general brokerage resale homes. He brings the strength of local contacts and a wealth of new construction experience to the partnership. Energetic and entrepreneurial, Cindy identifies with the buyer who's "not from around here." An Atlanta native, she relocated to RTP 30 years ago, raising her grown children here and holding a wide variety of leadership positions in the local school system and community at large. A highly respected relocation expert, Cindy is also a Top Producer, and has also been admitted to the Leading Edge Society, the President's Circle and the Chairman's Circle. Research, marketing, community connections and focus are what she provides to the partnership. Strengthening the Chuck & Cindy team is Lori Bidgood, who works with Chuck and Cindy as their buyer agent. Originally from the Washington, D.C. area, Lori brings an abundance of knowledge on all aspects of concern to a buyer, strong community involvement, and extensive research skills. Chuck and Cindy's Team offers a unique blend of talents and backgrounds. They have the ability to work together toward a common goal. And they share a commitment to helping their clients.
