She is excellent.  She is thorough and has a very high compassion with her patients.

I've been going to Dr. Agarwal for nearly 6 or 7 years, and I've never had any problems.  Getting appointments at his office is easy, he takes the time to listen to my concerns, and he employs friendly staff.  Ultimately, I'd recommend him to others.

The visit went well. He is very professional, willing to listen to your problems and takes adequate time to provide you with the services you need. Cary Medical group allows you to communicate thru the internet with the Dr.

Dr. Neelu Agarwal knew right away what questions to pinpoint my problems and what test I needed to confirm my condition. I had seen some misinformation on the internet and she explained very clearly and simply what pills she was prescribing and why. She also explained my confusion on what diet I should use to help improve my condition. Overall I was very impressed with her intelligent answers and explanations and I knew I was being treated by a doctor who knew what she was doing and cared about her patients to explain everything so I understood it.

Overall I have been very happy with the Doctors there.

Cary Med Group are our primary care physicians, so we were given an immediate appointment on Friday afternoon. Wait was a bit long beyond our appointed time, but not too bad. Doctor was thorough and gave a prescription to knock out the infection in 7 days. Would recommend this facility.

I was very pleased with Dr. Neelu Agarwal. Not only did she take the time to thoroughly address all of my concerns, she also made sure to ask if there was anything else I may have missed. I was also comforted in the fact that she was able to answer some of my questions from a female perspective. She met all of my expectations with compassion and understanding toward my needs.

I would give them an A across all parameters. They don’t keep people waiting. I would use them in the future.
