It was an intermittent problem. Sometimes it would start sometimes not. A mechanics nightmare for sure. When I brought it in he asked me a series of questions and he took notes on it all. I offered more information and he continued to take notes. Within 24 hours he called me with a diagnosis and offered a solution. The entire fuel assembly had to be replaced including the fuel pump. Most of it was inside the gas tank. He actually apologized telling me the labor was going to be as much as the parts and offered to show me what had to be done and just how labor intensive the job was. I gave him the go ahead. Another 24 hours and it was done. Not only was the starting problem solved but now the gas gauge worked and it hadn't in about 8 years. The entire crew do great work. They are honest and hard working. This is the second time I've had work done by Cary Auto Repair. My first experience was equally positive and it was on a different car. It's comforting to know that when something goes wrong with one of my vehicles I have and quot;a guyand quot; (Cary Auto Repair) that can fix it and get me back on the road. From oil changes to the big jobs these guys are the best in my book.

He is very reasonable. Nice guy, and treats everyone perfect. Been to him 3 times and he treats me fabulous every time. All the customers that come in there feel the same way.

I use them, because they are excellent, perfectionists, and good with working with people who have limited budget and give honest feedback. They have so much integrity. You can always take your car back if it's not what you need it to be.

The job went over fine. They are very professional. They are very good at what they do, diagnosing and then fixing stuff. I recommend them highly.

The prices are very fair. I never had a problem with them of any kind.
