Cary Appliance Repair

A technician came our to our house and gave us the estimate to repair our dryer, but we decided buy a new dryer. We were charged $70.00 for the service charge and we paid Cary Appliance via credit card. A few months later, we received an email that our bill was past due, and if not paid, they would put a lien on our house. I called Cary Appliance and told them we paid the invoice and emailed he a copy of the credit card receipt. They apologized and said they would address their accounting mistake. Almost 2 years later we are still receiving emails with a screen shot of our home's property tax statement and an unsigned letter of a property lien. Some people should not be in business. I would think hard before hiring Cary appliance

Called them at around 1pm Friday and described the problem. They gave me a window from 4pm-6pm. I stopped calling other places happy that the problem would likely be addressed the same day. At 3:55p I got a phone call saying that their technician said that he does not work on Whirlpool and that I should look elsewhere. They waited for 5 mins before the window to inform me of this and by that time it was too late to look around. Ridiculously unprofessional company.

Called on Thursday, 19Sep2013, and set an appointment for Saturday afternoon. Received an email confirmation stating that they would arrive between 2pm and 4pm. They arrived around 2:15pm. Mr Wright and Mr Brandon completed thorough diagnostics, concluding that the problem was in the control panel. Ordered parts from warehouse. Called Wednesday, 25Sep2013, to confirm return Thursdays after 5pm. Finished the job in 20 minutes. Dishwasher repair successful. Price was within descent range, requested 50% after diagnosis the remainder upon completion
